Building a ₹100 Cr book in 3 years
"We didn't grow because we were the smartest. We grew because we showed up every Monday."
How Neha and her three-person team in Kothrud took FinHive from a ₹2 Cr book to ₹100 Cr without spending a rupee on paid acquisition.
Q. What was the first 10 Cr like?
Painful. Mostly family, friends, two CA referrals. The unlock was a weekly note — eight short paragraphs on Friday evening that I'd send to every client. By month nine clients were forwarding it to their own circles.
Q. How did you compete with banks?
I never did. I made my Monday review call the most prepared 22 minutes of their week. Banks can't match that depth at scale.
